The Smart Series Heavy Bag is compatible (using Bluetooth® Technology) with both android and Ios smartphones using Bluetooth version 4.0 or higher.

What is your product warranty policy?

All TenCount products have a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any defects as a result of a manufacturing defect or missing parts.
Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty. Our products are not intended for outdoor use.
You must have proof of purchase to make a warranty policy claim for any product purchased on tencountsports.com. Please note that any TenCount item purchased at a retail store or online supplier other than tencountsports.com must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased.
